These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform operated by MyOmniverse Ltd (referred to as “MyOmniverse,” “we,” or “our”), including all websites, subdomains, services, digital assets, and social media platforms associated with www.myomniverse.com and academy.myomniverse.com.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyOmniverse website, platform, and services.
By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
My Omniverse offers a subscription service currently priced at £4.99 per month, which includes a 14-day free trial for new members.
At the end of the trial period, unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed monthly using your selected payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. For monthly payment subscriptions, upon cancellation, any access to the platform — including paid content, communities, and features — will end immediately, even if time remains in your current billing month or free trial.
No further payments will be taken after cancellation. We do not offer refunds for unused days, partial months, or remaining trial time.
If you have paid for a longer-term subscription (such as annually), you will retain access to the platform until the end of your prepaid subscription period.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price in the future. In such cases, we will provide advance notice by email or platform message. Continued use of the platform after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Free trials are limited to new users and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. If you do not cancel during the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically. We do not offer refunds for charges made after the trial has ended.
6. Coaching Services (1:1 with Mikey)
MyOmniverse offers optional 1:1 coaching services through approved coaches on the platform. These sessions are provided at our discretion and are designed to support your personal development journey.
Pricing for 1:1 coaching is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on your goals, required support, and the scope of engagement. All fees will be clearly agreed upon in writing before coaching begins and are billed separately from the platform subscription.
Coaching provided through MyOmniverse is for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial consultation.
If you are facing challenges in these areas, we strongly encourage you to seek help from qualified professionals.
Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes during and after coaching.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including courses, videos, meditations, images, logos, animations (including “Theo”), and written materials, are the intellectual property of MyOmniverse unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or act in a way that harms other users or our service.
You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
9. Disclaimers
My Omniverse provides educational and personal development content. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and we are not responsible for actions taken based on any content, tools, or services offered on our platforms.
The information provided across MyOmniverse websites, platforms, social media platforms, and related assets — including those connected to coaches' personal content or delivery — is intended for general informational purposes only and may not suit individual circumstances. Users engage with the platform — including courses, coaching, communities, and AI tools — at their own risk.
Any guidance offered is supportive in nature and not a replacement for professional advice. This includes but is not limited to mental health, medical, legal, or financial matters. You are responsible for seeking appropriate help where needed.

10. Use of AI (Theo)
“Theo” is an AI-powered assistant embedded in the MyOmniverse platform. It uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT to provide general insight and support.
Theo’s responses are generated automatically and are not human-reviewed. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
By using Theo, you acknowledge this and accept that all guidance is informational only. My Omniverse assumes no liability for reliance on AI-generated content.
11. Third-Party Services
Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party tools or services (e.g., payment providers, analytics tools).
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of these third parties.
Use them at your own discretion and risk.
