Pay-As-You-Go Option:

Clients who select the Pay-As-You-Go option may cancel their sessions at any time. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required prior to the next scheduled session for the cancellation to take effect without penalty.

If notice is provided less than 5 working days before the scheduled session, the client will be liable for the payment of the upcoming session.

50% Upfront Payment Option:

Clients who choose the 50% upfront payment option are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, starting from the date they agree to the terms and conditions. During this period, clients can cancel their agreement and receive a full refund of the upfront payment. If cancellation occurs after the 14-day period, the upfront payment becomes non-refundable. The client may still cancel any further sessions, and no additional payments beyond the upfront fee will be required.

100% Upfront Payment Option:

Clients opting for the 100% upfront payment option are entitled to a 20-day cancellation period, starting from the date they agree to the terms and conditions. During this period, clients can cancel their agreement and receive a full refund of the payment. After the 20-day cancellation period, no refunds will be issued. However, clients may still cancel any remaining sessions as no further payments are due beyond the upfront payment.
